Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role based in Delhi, India. The Field Service Technician will visit customer locations to diagnose and repair laptops and related devices, perform basic home service tasks as assigned, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues,



performing routine maintenance, installing or replacing components, documenting service activities, and providing explicit guidance to customers on usage and preventive care. The technician will manage service requests, coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, maintain tools and equipment, and follow company protocols for customer interaction and service reporting.
