As a US IT Recruiter, you will be on the front lines of sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional IT talent into contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for US-based technical requisitions.
Active Sourcing: Source qualified IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and internal candidate databases.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough phone/video screening to evaluate candidates' technical skill sets, communication abilities, rate/salary expectations, and availability.
Tax Term & Visa Verification: Identify candidate work authorization statuses (US Citizen, GC, H1B, EAD,



OPT) and facilitate engagements across standard tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Candidate Management: Guide candidates through client interview stages, offer negotiations, pre-employment onboarding, and background checks.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain an active database of pre-screened technical talent for recurring skill sets (Software Engineers, Cloud Architect, DevOps, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, etc.).

Requirements & QualificationsAreaRequirementsExperience1–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (agency or corporate staffing).US Work VisasPractical understanding of US visa types (H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, TN, L2) and tax setups (C2C, W2, 1099).Sourcing SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Boolean Search Logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and ATS tools.Shift RequirementAbility to work standard US night shifts (e.g., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST / Night Shift).CommunicationEx
