Designs and builds moderately complex modules within automation frameworks for testing and operations, optimizing network tasks and proactively monitoring network health with advanced scripts. Develops moderately complex test cases and strategies, leading testing protocols and root cause analysis (RCA) improvements, and ensuring compliance and readiness criteria are met through pre-production testing. Builds and customizes systems to monitor network health, provides feedback to enhance anomaly detection, guides incident response and root cause investigations, and improves tools for frontline support teams. Ensures milestone achievement with project managers, mentors junior engineers, engages in customer clarification and RCA documentation, and identifies resolutions for networking standards misalignment.
