- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
