Role Description The Legal Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing all legal affairs of the organization, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents related to equipment supply,



turnkey projects, and international exports. The Legal Manager will ensure legal compliance with local and international regulations, support risk management, and provide legal consulting to internal stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with external counsel when needed, maintaining legal records, monitoring changes in relevant laws, and developing internal policies and procedures to reduce legal exposure. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and HR to support strategic initiatives and protect the organization’s interests.
