Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full time, on-site role based in Jaunpur, responsible for supporting day-to-day sales and customer service activities at the store. This role includes greeting customers, understanding their agricultural needs, and guiding them on suitable seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products.



The Sales Attendant will handle product display, stock checking, basic inventory updates, and assist with billing and payment processing. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales area, providing clear information on product usage and safety, and escalating technical queries to senior staff when needed. The Sales Attendant will work closely with the store team to ensure a positive customer experience and support smooth store operations.
