Altrus AI is looking for an Operations & Marketing Consultant to work closely with our Head of Operations & Marketing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety and
wants broad exposure across both functions.

About the role You'll be the right hand to our Head of Operations & Marketing, supporting them across the full spectrum of day-to-day and strategic work. From operational execution to marketing initiatives, you'll help drive projects forward, keep things running smoothly, and contribute wherever the business needs you.

What you'll do • Support the Head of Operations & Marketing across all operational and marketing activities • Assist in planning, coordinating,



and executing cross-functional projects • Help streamline processes and improve day-to-day operational efficiency • Contribute to marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development efforts

What we're looking for • An MBA (preferred) • Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Enthusiasm to learn and take ownership across both operations and marketing

The details • Location: Hyderabad – Financial District (on-site, 5 days a week)
