Ensure predictable sales performance through solid governance, coaching, forecasting, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Focused on scaling sales capability while delivering consistent commercial outcomes.

Own revenue, collections, profitability, and business growth across multiple zones.
• Drive sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and CRM governance.
• Monitor business dashboards and proactively resolve performance gaps.
• Support strategic institutional opportunities and high-value commercial negotiations.




• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure execution excellence and governance across the sales organization.
