Role Description The Business Development Executive role at ArtUs Academy is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. In this role, the executive identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and manages a pipeline of leads, and conducts outreach to prospective institutional and individual clients. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships, presenting training offerings, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.



The executive also supports marketing and partnership initiatives, tracks performance metrics, and provides feedback to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand market presence.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or education services is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
