Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning for Edural Classes™. This full-time,



on-site role based in Patna will manage HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, conducting interviews, managing performance review frameworks, and supporting managers in people-related decisions. The role will handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits administration, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, training programs, and conflict resolution support. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support the growth and well-being of all team members.
