About the role As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll own the analysis and requirements function for our insurance-focused initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders across business and technology, translate complex insurance processes into clear requirements, and guide solutions from concept through delivery.

What you'll do • Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for insurance domain projects • Work closely with business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to define solutions • Map and optimize insurance workflows, processes, and business rules • Drive clarity across the project lifecycle,



from discovery to delivery and beyond • Mentor and guide junior analysts where needed

What we're looking for • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in the insurance domain • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

The details • Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout (in office; candidates should be willing to commute to the office)
