Business Development Manager – IT Infrastructure & Hardware
Experience: 8–12 years
Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering – Mandatory
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Sales / Business Development qualified with a proven track record in selling enterprise IT hardware and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop business for laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, data center infrastructure and related IT products.
Acquire enterprise customers across India.
Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, procurement teams and system integrators.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Develop large enterprise and institutional accounts.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
Identify cross-selling and solution-selling opportunities.
Build partnerships with OEMs,



distributors and technology providers.
Track market developments, competitor offerings and pricing.
Drive revenue, margins and customer acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile:
8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure / enterprise technology sales.
Strong PAN-India customer network.
Experience selling laptops, servers, networking, data center or enterprise infrastructure and IT Solutions.
Strong enterprise sales and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
