We are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development, to join our People team and lead Gigamon’s global Learning & Organizational Development strategy. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, this role will shape manager development, leadership development, executive coaching, onboarding, and scalable learning programs. You will partner with People Partners and business leaders on succession planning, competency development, performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement. Your work will strengthen leadership capability, build sustainable talent pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
What you’ll do:
Lead the development and execution of Gigamon’s global Learning & Organizational Development strategy, aligned with business priorities and organizational needs.
Define and implement a forward-looking manager development strategy, including program priorities, learning journeys, and a multi-year roadmap.
Design and deliver scalable learning experiences for individual contributors,



managers, and leaders that support qualified growth and employee engagement.
Develop and enhance executive coaching and leadership development programs to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational capability.
Create a cohesive global onboarding experience and collaborate with business leaders to improve functional onboarding across teams.
Facilitate leadership development and other learning programs using engaging, inclusive, and high-impact delivery methods.
Partner with the People Partner team and cross-functional leaders to implement talent planning, succession planning, competency development, performance management, employee engagement, and total rewards initiatives.
Use learning data, employee insights, and business metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
