Job Title: Network Support Engineer (NOC)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Skills:
CCNA Certified (Mandatory) TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, Subnetting VLAN, NAT, DHCP, DNS Layer 2/Layer 3 Switching & Routing OSPF, Basic BGP Cisco/Huawei/Juniper/Mikro Tik Linux Basics (SSH, Network Commands) Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute Valuable Communication Skills Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. Resolve L2/L3 network issues and ensure network availability. Perform network monitoring, maintenance, firmware upgrades, and incident resolution. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for deployments and support. Prepare technical documentation and RCA reports. Requirements:
B. E./B. Tech in CS, IT, ECE, or related field. CCNA certification is mandatory. Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts and travel when required.
