Job Summary :-
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting strategic outbound prospecting, and generating qualified business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and a consultative approach to engaging prospects.
Key Responsibilities :-
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emails, and other outreach channels. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers. Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions. Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversions. Achieve individual sales and lead generation targets. Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives. Required Qualifications :-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Outbound, Inside Sales or Tele Sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to research prospects and identify business opportunities. Experience working with CRM tools is preferred. Exposure to Saa S, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or Digital Marketing is an advantage. What We Offer :-
