Embedded Project Manager
Experience: 10 Years
Location: E-City, Tukugudda, Hyderabad (100% Onsite)
Note: Candidates with experience exclusively in the Automotive industry will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of mission-critical embedded systems for Defense, Aerospace, and Satellite Communication applications.
Drive end-to-end embedded product development while leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership across Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP development.
Lead the complete embedded product development lifecycle:
Requirements analysis
System architecture
Design & development
Coding
Integration
Testing & validation
Documentation
Manage and mentor Embedded, FPGA, Hardware, DSP, and Testing teams.
Review system architecture, embedded software design, FPGA implementation, coding standards, and test strategies.
Collaborate with Hardware, System Engineering, and Project teams for successful execution.
Monitor project timelines, technical risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with IEEE 1220,



internal quality standards, and Aerospace/Defense engineering practices.
Conduct technical reviews, design discussions, customer interactions, and solution presentations.
Support prototyping, system integration, field testing, product validation, and certification activities.
Mandatory Technical Skills
10 years of experience in Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP-based product development.
Strong programming and debugging expertise in Embedded C.
Hands-on FPGA RTL design using Verilog and/or VHDL.
Preference will be given to Local Candidates only - ( Hyderabad )
Solid knowledge of ARM-based 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
Hands-on experience with:
UART
Ethernet
SPI
CAN
I2 C
I2 S
ADC
DAC
Thorough understanding of the Embedded Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in real-time DSP implementation and/or real-time digital communication systems.
