About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to be the operational backbone of the design team. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects — from large-scale brand and festive campaigns to product launch assets, social content, and merchant communication — ensuring work moves smoothly from brief to final delivery, on time and at an exceptionally high quality bar. You'll sit at the intersection of creativity and execution: translating ambiguous asks from marketing, product,



and business teams into explicit briefs, protecting designers' time to do great work, and keeping stakeholders aligned at every stage.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Own the full lifecycle of design projects: scoping, timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and delivery. Translate requests from marketing, product, and business teams into clear, actionable creative briefs. Build and maintain project schedules; proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep — especially during high-velocity periods like sale events and festive campaigns. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brand, digital, social, and in-app surfaces. Team & Resource Management
Allocate work across designers, illustrators, motion artists, copywriters, and external agency/freelance partners based on skills, bandwidth, and priorities. Run stand-ups, weekly status reviews, and project retrospectives. Coordinate
