Inside Sales Executive - B2 B Outbound Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive our outbound sales engine. You will be responsible for reaching out to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), starting conversations with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and converting them into qualified sales meetings.
This is a high-activity, target-driven role where consistency, communication skills and the ability to handle rejection are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls every day to targeted ICP accounts. Speak with decision-makers and clearly communicate our value proposition. Qualify leads based on business requirements, fit, need and buying intent. Identify genuine opportunities and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Manage leads end-to-end from first contact → qualification → meeting booking → handover. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects through calls, Whats App and email. Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.



Continuously improve calling scripts, objection handling and conversion rates. Key KRAs / Performance Metrics
Your performance will primarily be measured on:
Outbound calls per day: 100+ Qualified conversations generated Meetings booked per day/week Lead qualification and conversion rate Follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills Persistent, target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to learn quickly and understand a B2 B product/business Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2 B sales or business development is a plus.
