Role Purpose
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to Business Leaders, driving execution of key business priorities, transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide programs. The role will ensure alignment across functions, accelerate decision-making, establish robust governance mechanisms, and drive operational excellence to deliver sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with Business Leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Drive execution of business-critical initiatives across functions and geographies. Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives. Support annual business planning, strategic reviews, and growth initiatives. Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives involving Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and R& D. Ensure alignment and collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups. Drive accountability and execution excellence across teams.



Program & Project Management
Manage strategic and transformation projects from concept to implementation. Establish project governance, milestones, dashboards, and review mechanisms. Track outcomes and ensure realization of business advantages. Business Governance & Performance Management
Develop leadership dashboards and performance scorecards. Drive Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership governance forums. Monitor operational and business KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities. Ensure closure of key action items and leadership decisions. Operational Excellence & Transformation
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Drive continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Support implementation of digital solutions, process enhancements, and operating model changes. Problem Solving & Decision Support
