We are looking for a Senior Media Executive with 4–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or media agency to manage media planning, buying, execution, and campaign performance across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the media landscape, excellent vendor relationships, good negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, account management, creative, and media partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated media plans based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements. Plan and coordinate campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Digital, Social Media, and other relevant media platforms. Handle end-to-end media buying and campaign execution, ensuring timely releases and accurate implementation. Coordinate with media vendors, publishers, broadcasters, digital platforms, and other media partners. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates, value additions, and effective media placements. Prepare media plans, cost estimates, release orders, schedules, campaign calendars,



and post-campaign reports. Monitor campaign performance, delivery, spends, and media commitments throughout the campaign lifecycle. Analyze campaign data and provide insights, optimization recommendations, and post-campaign learnings. Maintain solid relationships with media owners and stay updated on new media opportunities, formats, rate cards, and industry trends. Work closely with the Client Servicing, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Participate in client meetings and present media recommendations, plans, and campaign reports when required. Ensure all campaigns are executed within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
