About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.
You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.
Responsibilities
Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports,



and admin panels Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency Required Skills
Figma Wireframing and prototyping Saa S / enterprise dashboard design Responsive web design Design systems User journey and workflow design Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles Experience
3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience Experience designing Saa S, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2 B products preferred Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete product experience and help make Vecora.ai - contemporary, premium, simple and enterprise ready version.
