As the most senior technical person on your team, you'll be hands-on in the solution and the code — working alongside Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security to design right-sized solutions and build products that scale. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside existing patterns.

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field 2+ years in a Technical Lead (or equivalent) role Experience improving, modernizing, and decomposing large codebases Demonstrated experience building products/features from the ground up through to production Experience working on Saa S platforms at scale Strong communication, inclusion, and visibility mindset Deep knowledge of the. NET ecosystem (Framework 4.6+ /. NET 6+) Proficiency in C#, MVC, HTML, Java Script, CSS Experience with C# testing frameworks Azure SQL, Git Nice to Have
