Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Ceramic, Industrial Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in sodium silicate manufacturing by the wet process. Minimum 5 years of experience in production of Sodium silicate. Good understanding of wet process production, quality control, and safety procedures. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience working with PLC/SCADA systems and continuous process plants.
Key Responsibilities:




Supervise the production of liquid sodium silicate using caustic soda and silica. Monitor the production process to achieve the required quality and daily production target. Guide and supervise production operators during each shift. Ensure secure working practices and follow all safety rules. Work closely with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams. Maintain daily production records and shift reports. Find ways to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.
