We're a CA-led advisory firm based in Baner, Pune. Most of our work sits in income tax, GST, audit and accounting, along with company law and ROC compliance, Maha RERA matters and NRI taxation. The team has chartered accountants, company secretaries and advocates in it, so a single client file often gets worked on from more than one side.
We're hiring three Accounts & Taxation Executives to run the accounting and compliance work for our client portfolio.
What the work actually looks like
The month has a rhythm to it. The first stretch goes into GST — computation, 2 A/2 B reconciliation, GSTR-1 and 3 B for the clients assigned to you, and the annual returns when they come up. TDS runs alongside that: computation, challans, and quarterly returns on their due dates.
The rest of the month is accounting. Writing up and maintaining books in Tally, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, sorting out debtor and creditor balances, and following up with clients for the documents you need to close a period cleanly.
Then there are the seasons — finalisation of books,



audit workings and documentation, tax audit data, income tax computations and ITR filing, and ROC/MCA filings when they fall due. You'll also support secretarial compliance work and coordinate with our CS and audit teams on files that need it.
A fair part of the job is client contact. You'll be the person a client calls when there's a mismatch in their 2 B or they can't find a document, and the person our seniors and the auditors come to for a working. Keeping track of due dates across your clients is a real part of the role, not an afterthought.
Who tends to do well here
2 years minimum of hands-on experience; 2-4 years is what we have in mind. B. Com, M. Com or MBA Finance. CA Inter, semi-qualified, or you stopped after a couple of attempts — all fine. We are not asking for a qualified CA for this position. You should have prepared and filed GST and TDS returns yourself, not only prepared workings for someone else
