Lead – New Business Development, Resort Innovation & Program Leadership (Consultant - 6 months program)

Role Purpose
MHRIL is seeking an experienced leader to drive the end-to-end development, validation, and scale-up of new resort concepts and growth initiatives.
The role will be responsible for translating strategic opportunities into executable business programs by leading concept development, business case creation, pilot launches, operational readiness, stakeholder management, and scaling plans. The individual will act as the single-point owner across strategy, design, operations, finance, marketing, technology, procurement, and external partners to ensure successful execution of new business initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring robust program management, business development, and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development & Opportunity Assessment




Identify and evaluate new resort concepts, adjacent business opportunities, and growth initiatives. Assess market attractiveness, customer demand, competitive landscape, and commercial viability. Develop business cases, financial models, investment hypotheses, and growth plans. Recommend initiatives based on strategic and commercial priorities. 2. End-to-End Program Leadership
Lead large, complex cross-functional programs from concept through launch and stabilization. Develop project charters, execution roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and governance structures. Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and decision-making processes. Ensure on-time delivery against agreed business objectives. 3. Pilot Development & Commercial Validation
Design and execute pilot initiatives to validate key business assumptions. Define success metrics, KPIs, commercial targets, and learning frameworks. Establish tracking mechanisms and gove
