Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Application experience: MS Excel, Selenium, Testing tools. Application experience good to have: Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Selenium. Key responsibility areas:
Lead end to end QA activities for enterprise products Drive Functional, Product, and Workflow Testing initiatives Validate complex business rules, approval workflows, and integrations Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure quality delivery. Develop test strategies,



test plans, UAT planning and quality metrics Mentor and manage QA team members Exposure to Banking, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Analytics applications Ensure business requirements are translated into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. GRC & ERP Testing
Drive testing initiatives for GRC platforms such as Metric Stream, Service Now GRC, Open Pages, Archer, etc. Validate Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory workflows. Lead testing of ERP solutions including SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications. Other key information:
