Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and prospect founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders at high-growth companies struggling with tech talent acquisition. Outbound Strategy: Build and execute multi-channel outreach (Linked In, warm intros, events) to generate qualified conversations with target accounts. Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle — from first touch through discovery, pitch, and close — in partnership with our BD and account management team. Market Intelligence: Bring ground-level insight on how AI is reshaping talent acquisition, feeding directly into product roadmap and positioning decisions.



Who You Are
Experienced in BD/Sales: You have a track record in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally selling into HR, TA, or engineering leadership. Networked & Credible: You can open doors with decision-makers at high-growth companies, and you know how to turn a conversation into a deal. Startup-Ready: You're comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and want to help shape a category-defining product, not just execute a playbook.
