Role Objective The Technical Sales Manager will develop and convert business opportunities in the U.The person will identify relevant manufacturers, understand their technical or operational requirements, engage decision-makers, coordinate technical discussions, and manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal and commercial closure.

This is a hands-on sales role with explicit expectations for qualified meetings, proposals, pilots, and revenue.

Build contact lists of plant managers, operations leaders, engineering heads, procurement leaders, project leaders, and business owners.

Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, industry associations, and professional networks.

Understand customer requirements for industrial products, custom manufacturing, engineering services, consulting, and technology solutions.

Translate customer problems into clearly defined commercial opportunities.

Collect drawings, specifications, operating data, quantities, quality requirements, budgets, and delivery expectations.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports.

Negotiate commercial terms and support opportunities through closure.
