Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in kota. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations of collections,manage and guide team members, coordinate with all bank collection mangers ,allocate tasks to all field collection execuitives ,and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. This role includes monitoring performance, maintaining quality standards, resolving operational issues,



maintaining audit and compliance and coordinating with management to implement process improvements. The Supervisor will handle basic reporting, maintain documentation, support onboarding and training of staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety practices. The position requires regular communication with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders to support smooth, efficient business operations.
Qualifications
Strong team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
