About The Role

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign budgets, performance metrics, and scaling strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and lead acquisition. You will work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness. Additionally,



preparing detailed performance reports and providing actionable insights to stakeholders will be key to driving continuous improvement and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently, with a track record of handling significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns effectively. A strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Robust communication and collaboration skills are vital, as is the ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaign performance.
