Better Works HR is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern will support Better Works HR’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visuals, scheduling content, monitoring engagement metrics, and participating in brainstorming sessions for campaigns. The intern will also help with basic digital marketing activities such as tracking performance, conducting competitor research, and aligning content with broader marketing initiatives. This is a full time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers exposure to HR-focused branding and an opportunity to learn from experienced marketing and HR professionals.
