INSPECTOR / SURVEYOR – SITE SUPERVISION

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Project Duration: 24 Months
Project: Installation of Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System at 18
GGS

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for TPI, site supervision, inspection, QA/QC, documentation and
certification activities for the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
* Review ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP and quality documentation.
* Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against approved
drawings/specifications.
* Monitor welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating and related activities.
* Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural works;
Mechanical/Piping as required.
* Witness FAT/SAT, testing and calibration activities.
* Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality/site records.
* Monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
* Track and close NCRs, punch points and support commissioning.




* Verify as-built drawings and site measurements.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

* Engineering Degree with 5+ years relevant experience, OR
* Engineering Diploma with 10+ years relevant experience.
* Experience in TPI / QA-QC and onshore Oil & Gas projects.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

CSWIP | PCN | NACE/CIP Level II | IWS/IWT/IWE | WRI | ICorr Level 2

Key Disciplines: Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural;
Mechanical/Piping as required.
