WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR





You will be a member of a self-organized scrum team consisting of
software engineers, who collaborate closely with business experts. The team is
responsible for developing and supporting a set of enterprise products within
the Collateral Product Area. You are expected to interact with colleagues from
Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Austria, and Germany. After a comprehensive onboarding
program, we expect you to:

* Design, develop, and test solutions for a new product capability.
* Translate business goals and user needs into product opportunities with clear
value hypotheses.
* Prototype solutions early and often — directly, to validate ideas before
committing to full build
* Write and review technical requirements and acceptance criteria that leave no
ambiguity at implementation time.
* Create and implement test strategy to ensure high quality of the product.
