About Polycrab Polycrab is a 3D content production company helping eCommerce and retail brands create high-quality digital product experiences. Our services include 3D Product Modeling, Photorealistic Rendering, AR/VR, 360° Product Views, Product Animation, Digital Twins, and Product Visualization.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help Polycrab acquire new B2B clients in international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.

The Role This role is primarily focused on new client acquisition . We are looking for someone confident with outbound sales, who understands B2B prospecting, and can take ownership of the sales process from identifying prospects to closing deals.

You will primarily target companies in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia , with a particular focus on eCommerce, furniture, home furnishing, retail, and consumer brands.

Research and identify potential B2B clients in international markets

Build and maintain a strong prospect database and sales pipeline

Identify decision-makers and reach out through LinkedIn, email, cold calling,



and other channels

Generate qualified leads and schedule sales meetings

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and sales discussions

Prepare proposals and commercial offers

Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle

Negotiate and close new business

Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records

5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development

~ Proven experience in international client acquisition

~ Solid understanding of outbound sales and prospecting

~ Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM, and lead-generation tools

~ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

~ Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets

~ Preferred Experience Candidates with experience selling any of the following will be preferred:
