We are looking for a results-driven Home Interior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional design solutions to high-end residential clients. In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, manage and mentor interior sales consultants, build relationships with trade partners (architects, builders, and designers), and ensure high customer satisfaction from initial consultation through installation.

Sales Leadership & Strategy: Set monthly/quarterly revenue targets, analyze sales performance metrics, and execute strategies to maximize profitability and conversion rates.

Team Management: Recruit, train,



and mentor a high-performing team of interior sales consultants and design specialists; conduct regular performance reviews and sales pipeline audits.

Operational Oversight: Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product ordering, project timelines, and seamless delivery/installation.

Showroom Management: Ensure showroom aesthetics, product displays, and material samples meet brand standards to create an engaging customer experience.

Experience: 3–5+ years of successful track record in interior design sales, luxury retail, residential furnishings, or home improvement sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

Solid familiarity with interior decor trends, custom cabinetry, spatial planning, furniture selection, textiles, or high-end architectural finishes.
