Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram, designed for freshers with a CTC range of 6.5–7.5 LPA and working hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners and parents through calls and virtual meetings,



explain PlanetSpark’s offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. The role involves managing leads from various channels, conducting needs analysis, delivering persuasive product presentations, and following up consistently to close sales. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets, and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve campaigns and offerings. Collaboration with colleagues, adherence to ethical sales practices, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are key aspects of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
