Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accounts Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Accounts Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including managing invoices, updating ledgers, monitoring petty cash, and supporting credit control processes. The role involves preparing and reconciling basic financial records, assisting with GST and TDS calculations and filings, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account-related queries.



The Accounts Assistant will also support month-end closing activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Joining within 7 days from the offer is mandatory.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core Accounting and Finance skills, including basic bookkeeping, ledger management, and understanding of GST and TDS.
Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control and Petty Cash management to monitor receivables, control outstanding balances, and handle cash transactions securely.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and to clearly document and report financial information.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
