Role Description This is a full time, on-site Investment Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Investment Analyst will source and evaluate early-stage startup opportunities, conduct market and competitive research, and perform detailed financial and business analysis. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing investment memos and presentations, supporting due diligence processes, and tracking portfolio performance and key metrics.



The role also involves collaborating with partners on investment committees, attending founder meetings and industry events, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and investment theses.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in investments and portfolio management, with the ability to assess early-stage opportunities and monitor ongoing performance.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in finance, including the ability to interpret financial statements and business metrics.
Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis for startups or high-growth companies.
Clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to draft concise investment memos and present findings to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
