Role Description This is a full time, on-site Internal Auditor role based in Murshidabad. The Internal Auditor will conduct financial and operational audits across branches and business units to assess compliance with internal policies,



regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. Daily tasks include reviewing financial records and processes, testing internal controls, preparing clear and concise audit reports, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. The role involves collaborating with branch staff and management to clarify findings, support remediation plans, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions. The Internal Auditor will also support periodic risk assessments and contribute to strengthening Bandhan Bank’s overall governance and control environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Financial Audits and Audit Reports skills to independently plan, execute, and document audit engagements.
