About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Platform Support Lead to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, support, and enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring seamless performance and user satisfaction.



The role involves managing support tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing system updates, and leading a team of support professionals. Additionally, the CRM Support Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver robust CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess over five years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong background in configuration, customization, and development. Proficiency in Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, and Power Pages is essential. The candidate must have solid skills in C# / .NET, plugins, and web service integration, along with experience working in Azure Cloud environments.
