Role Description The GM Sales role is a full-time, in office position based at the MoneyTree Realty head office in Noida. The individual in this role will lead and manage the sales function, including setting sales targets,



developing and executing sales strategies, and monitoring performance across residential and commercial portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing a team of sales professionals, guiding them on client engagement, deal structuring, and negotiation, while ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The GM Sales will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth, strengthen developer relationships, and enhance customer experience. This role also involves market analysis, pipeline management, regular reporting, and active participation in key client meetings and site visits.
