Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the founding team across strategic projects, including market research, portfolio analysis, and the evaluation of early-stage investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities may include preparing investment memos and presentations, coordinating meetings with founders and partners, and tracking key metrics for portfolio and internal initiatives. The role also involves managing special projects, improving internal processes, and assisting with communications such as updates to investors, partners,



and other stakeholders. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable with ambiguity, and wants a front-row view of how a venture capital firm operates.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including market and competitive analysis, data synthesis, and insights generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating presentations, reports, and concise investment or strategy documents.
Project management capabilities, including task prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution in a fast-moving environment.
Comfort with financial concepts, startup metrics, and basic modeling; prior exposure to finance, consulting, or startups is preferred.
High level of ownership, integrity, and discretion, with the ability to work closely with founders on sensitive and strategic topics.
