Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients in selecting wedding and occasion outfits, accessories, and looks that suit their style, preferences, and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, explaining product features and craftsmanship, coordinating fittings,



and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. The role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining visual standards, supporting sales targets, and staying current with fashion trends and wedding industry developments. The Fashion Consultant will collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to deliver an elevated, luxury shopping experience.
Qualifications
Strong product knowledge and understanding of wedding fashion, fabrics, fits, and accessories.
Proficiency in fashion consulting and personal styling, with an eye for detail and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with diverse clients.
Proven customer service abilities and a client-centric approach in a premium retail or fashion workplace.
Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and team targets.
Prior experience in fashion retail, bridal wear, or lux
