8+ Years of experience in Business Development from an aerospace industry.
The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline in aerospace and high-technology sectors.
The specialist conducts market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, and uses these insights to support sales strategies and proposal development.
Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and business proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and related tools.
