Role Description The Technical Service Engineer will provide on-site technical services, support, and troubleshooting for conveyor systems, coolant filtration equipment, and integrated scrap and chip management solutions at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and commissioning equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and recommending solutions to ensure reliable system performance. The role involves responding to service requests, conducting root-cause analysis, preparing service reports, and coordinating with engineering, production, and sales teams to resolve customer concerns. The engineer will interact directly with customers to explain technical findings, provide operational guidance, and support upgrades or modifications that improve productivity and equipment uptime.
