Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Analyst – Market Research role based in Silvassa. The role involves conducting market research to analyze industry trends,



customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the preventive health and health-tech space. The Business Analyst will gather and interpret data, define and document business requirements, and support the design of solutions aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, mapping and improving business processes, preparing reports and presentations, and providing insights to guide product and strategic decisions. The role also includes engaging with stakeholders to clarify needs, validate assumptions, and ensure recommendations are practical, data-backed, and aligned with the company’s vision.
