About the Role

Payments is a relationship business, and events are where Juspay earns a seat at the table with the CXOs, product leaders,



and engineering teams who decide how the world's largest merchants and banks move money. We're looking for an Events Marketing Manager to own that surface end-to-end — from flagship industry conferences and proprietary Juspay events to regional roadshows and partner co-marketing activations.

This is a "day 1" ownership role, not a checklist job. You'll be trusted to set the events strategy, not just execute a calendar handed to you — deciding which stages Juspay should be on, what story we tell there, and how we prove it moved the pipeline.

What You'll Do :

● Own the end-to-end events calendar and strategy — flagship industry conferences (e.g. Global Fintech Fest, Money20/20, industry payments summits), Juspay-hosted events, partner/bank co-marketing activations, and regional roadshows across our key markets.
