Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore (Also at Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad), for a Sr Relationship Managers Channel Sales and Distribution position. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with channel partners such as distributors, advisors,



and intermediaries to drive business growth for Quantum Mutual Fund’s product suite. The Sr Relationship Manager will identify new distribution opportunities, onboard and support partners, and regularly engage them through meetings, presentations, and training sessions to enhance product understanding and sales effectiveness. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, preparing periodic reports, coordinating with internal teams on campaigns and product updates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all partner interactions. The role also requires proactive market intelligence gathering, participation in events and roadshows, and consistent follow-up to achieve defined sales and distribution targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in channel sales, distribution, or relationship management within financial services or mutual funds, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
