Role Description The Software Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on selling Farsight Technologies’ HR software solutions to new and existing clients. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and clearly explaining how the software addresses HR and operational challenges. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification,



proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, providing post-sale support in coordination with customer success, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Sales and Sales, with experience managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles for SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of Software and HR technology products, with the ability to learn and explain technical features in practical business terms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit presentation, negotiation, and documentation abilities.
- Customer Service orientation, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and handling inquiries an
