Key Responsibilities

Financial Documentation & Account Management
- Invoicing: Generate, issue, and track professional client invoices, ensuring 100% accuracy in billing.
- Account Activities: Record daily sales, purchase vouchers, and organizational expenses;
execute regular paymentfollow-ups and account reconciliations.
- Compliance: Organize and prepare necessary data for GST, TDS, and statutory filings, serving as the primary internal point of contact for our Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Ledger Maintenance: Manage the company's daily transaction summaries, bank records, and localized cash flows.





Client Relations & Sales Coordination
- Manage incoming B2B and B2C business inquiries via email, phone, and corporate channels.
- Structure, draft, and issue official corporate quotations and sales proposals.
- Maintain the company's client database (CRM) and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate client meetings, product presentations, and oversee after-sales customer support.

Procurement & Vendor Logistics
- Draft official purchase orders (POs) and manage end-to-end communication with suppliers.
- Track supply delivery timelines, maintain inward stock records, and monitor inventory levels.
- Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and terms with vendors to optimize costs.

Digital Brand Management
- Maintain the company’s corporate social media profiles, handling community responses and brand engagement.
- Utilize design software (like Canva) to create standard marketing collateral and presentations.
